BBQ meat [one good way to do it]

There is a reason why I do not necessarily need to go out to eat, particularly meat, is because my own is actually near perfect.

I extensively salt and pepper it, put the steak into the oven at around 90-100 deg C circulating air for 8-11 minutes depending on just how thick that piece is, while I preheat the frying pan to max. Then I put a bit of oil into the pan before the meat lands into it straight from the oven, and fry it until it gets a crust (which is REALLY fast) turn it over for the other side, and, done. Rare to medium side to side and juicy as hell.

This one was for lunch yesterday.
