Sometimes we require a stimulating drink. While people bend over backwards for espresso, coffee or coffeine-containing junk-drinks such as Coca Cola or Red Bull, there is always .. tea. Junk drinks seem to have a certain knack about them in that they may keep you awake under the oddest of circumstances, yet some of them – including coffee – seem to have a rather short interval during which they provide stimulation. I sometimes tend to drink coffees almost back to back in order to maintain my level.
Green tea and black tea are different though; and a good cup of black tea can get you through almost 2 hours of work without interruption.
